Architectural Features

            The master plan for our proposed development is to create a safe environment for the residents where it is a gated community to make sure there is no any intruder.

            The houses is designed to have a creative, functional, unique and dignified design to be apparent in the houses. This can give a comfort, trendy and modern housing feeling to the residents.

 High quality design is to be accomplished through well planned site development and landscaping, careful study of building massing and scale, appropriate finish material selection, and meticulous attention to detail, thus maintaining a basic compatibility with other property improvements while allowing for a diversity of building types.
