The land area for this double storey terrace house is at the size of 22’ X 66’, 1450square feet while the built up area is 22’ X 40’ , 1760square feet (total area of the whole house). The house consists of one master bedroom and three bedrooms (including one maid room at ground floor), living room, dining area, dry and wet kitchen, 3 toilets and a balcony.
The master bedroom upstair is attached to a bathrooms as for the conveniency of the users while the other 2 bedrooms shared a toilet. This is to allow for a bigger space in the room. There is another toilet at the ground floor.
For the living room and dining area, it has a big space for activities to be carried out with a comfortable expression. It is the hall for the family to gather around and do some activities together.
The car porch can fit in 2 cars at one time. It still have some extra space at the car porch for some activities.
The balcony is designed to suit the air circulation to keep the house cool all the time.
