The land area for this double storey terrace house is at the size of 22’ X 66’, 1450square feet while the built up area is 22’ X 40’ , 1760square feet (total area of the whole house). The house consists of one master bedroom and three bedrooms (including one maid room at ground floor), living room, dining area, dry and wet kitchen, 3 toilets and a balcony.

The master bedroom upstair is attached to a bathrooms as for the conveniency of the users while the other 2 bedrooms shared a toilet. This is to allow for a bigger space in the room. There is another toilet at the ground floor.

For the living room and dining area, it has a big space for activities to be carried out with a comfortable expression. It is the hall for the family to gather around and do some activities together.

The car porch can fit in 2 cars at one time. It still have some extra space at the car porch for some activities.

The balcony is designed to suit the air circulation to keep the house cool all the time.

            Our housing project consists of a clubhouse also. In the clubhouse, it provides sports facilities such as badminton court, basketball court, ping-pong room, multi purpose room, meeting hall and also a swimming pool at the first floor.

            This clubhouse is open to every residence in our community. The can access and enjoy every facilities provided in the clubhouse. It also acts as a recreational and gathering place for the residence where they can play some sports here as a healthy activities.

Main Gate 

          There will be two entrance gate which one of it is the main gate and the other one is at the side to convenience our residents. At the entrance, there is a nice arch to welcome everyone into our community. We will have a guard house to make sure every car in and out is the residents of our housing. There are exclusive gated and guarded to make sure the environment is safe from intruders. For those who is visiting, they will need to register themselves to the security guard.With gate and guarded system, the residence will feel their homes are secured and they can live in happily and peacefully.
